How do I join OnePoll?

Joining OnePoll takes minutes. Simply go to our sign-up form and fill in a few details, then you're ready to start taking our surveys.

Do I need anything in particular to join OnePoll?

The only requirements for joining OnePoll is that you have a valid e-mail address, have access to a PC and the internet and that you are 16 or over.

How often do new surveys appear online?

Our survey frequency can vary from 1 to 12 new surveys a day. Typically we put on average 5 surveys online a day (excluding weekends).

What prizes do OnePoll offer?

OnePoll offers anything from high street store vouchers, weekend breaks, electronic equipment and cash prizes ranging from £200 to £1000.

When can I retrieve my earnings?

OnePoll pays its members for entering surveys. When your account reaches £40 or you win a cash prize that takes your account to £40 or over, you can click on the link provided and enter the relevant details to retrieve your earnings.

How are my earnings paid to me?

You have the choice of either receiving a cheque which can take up to 28 days, or you can enter your basic bank account details over our secure connection and we will transfer your earnings by BACS within 10 days. Also you can have your earnings paid in using PayPal, this also takes around 10 days. The majority of our members opt for a bank transfer or PayPal as it is quicker.

How am I notified of winning a prize?

When you win a prize, there will be a notice on your account page when you log in.

How much can I earn with OnePoll?

Your earning potential is in your hands. The more surveys you answer, the more you will earn and the more chance you will have of winning cash prizes.

How many times can I refer friends?

You can refer 5 friends just the once. However, we plan to run further promotions whereby you can earn extra cash.

Can more or all of my family join OnePoll?

Your entire family can join OnePoll. You need to all have individual e-mail address and set up separate accounts with us. OnePoll does not limit its membership to one per household either.

What happens if I forget my username or password?

If you forget your username or password, just click on the 'forgotten password' link.

How can I contact a member of the OnePoll team?

Simply go to the contact page and drop us a line - we are here to help.

How do I update my details?

Once you are logged in, click on 'View/Edit Details' and you will be able to change any or all of your details.

What happens if I don't use OnePoll regularly?

OnePoll deactivates accounts if they have not been used for 6 months. But don't worry, we will contact you to see if you want to stay a member before we deactivate your account.

Will my e-mail address be used for marketing purposes?

We will not use your e-mail for anything other than OnePoll purposes. We do not pass on or sell your information to 3rd parties.

Is my information safe with OnePoll?

Your information is perfectly safe . We have state of the art data storage facilities that keep your information stored safely and securely.

Where are my views and opinions used?

Your views and opinions are used for our own and client research that might appear in reports or documentaries, as well as appearing on internet news sites, national newspapers and on the radio.

How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, please contact us via the contact form stating your desire to unsubscribe.

I am having trouble logging in since the new website went live.

If you are using the same password and e-mail address as on the old website but you are unable to log in, try deleting your internet history and cache (this will refresh your browser and allow you to log in again). Refer to the help section on your internet browser for more details on how to do this.
