Victoria Beckham has been named the most glamorous celebrity.
The stylish Spice Girl, who is married to footballer David Beckham, came top of the poll thanks to her famous pout and her love of fashion, heels and designer labels.
Even when heading to the airport to board a long-haul flight, Victoria refuses to dress down, instead choosing a pair of skyscraper heels and tight jeans, always finishing the look with her signature glossy pout. Proof if any was needed that a slick of lip gloss is the ultimate accessory for creating a glamorous look.
Second place went to X-Factor judge Dannii Minogue, who showed off a glamorous new look on last year’s series of the talent show and quickly became the nation’s favourite judge. .
A spokesman for Max Factor, which carried out the research to mark the launch of its Vibrant Curve Effect Lip Gloss, said: ‘’Victoria Beckham has been gracing the fashion pages for years now, and her glamorous looks have seen her design her own clothes range. She never leaves home without being fully made up and her signature glossy pout has become her calling card.
‘’Her simple tailored clothes, along with her love of heels and elegant make-up, have made her a fashion icon and queen of glamour.
‘’Over the years, she has surpassed her fellow wags and fans have tried to epitomise her look.
‘’But it seems that she might have a contender for the crown as Dannii Minogue has become more popular after showcasing a wide range of glamorous looks on the X-Factor.’’
Third place in the poll of 3,000 women went to Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie, with her signature pout and simple style, followed by Pirates of the Caribbean actress Keira Knightly.
TV presenter and singer Myleene Klass was voted in at number five, followed by America’s First Lady Michelle Obama.
Her chic look won her an army of fans and saw her compared to another legendary First Lady Jackie Kennedy.
Sex and the City actress Kim Cattrall was at number seven followed by Hollywood stars Cameron Diaz and Megan Fox.
X-Factor singer Leona Lewis completed the top ten.
Other celebrities to feature in the top twenty include I Kissed a Girl singer Katy Perry at number 12, Queen WAG Coleen Rooney, who was at 13, and Girls Aloud pop star Nadine Coyle at 18.
A spokesman for Max Factor added: ‘’We all aspire to be as glamorous as these women and we rely on them to bring glamour to our everyday lives.
