1. Use of Personal data

1.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. By registering with us, you are deemed to have consented to use of personal information for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. You may edit your personal information at any time.

1.2 We may use your personal details to contact you from to time in relation to services or products that might be of interest to you. We may also use your personal details to contact you in relation to OnePoll's activities including for the purpose of inviting you to participate in surveys or in case studies or to inform you if you are a prize winner. Any participation in case studies is at your discretion. You can tell us not to deal with your personal information in these ways in the future by simply sending an e-mail message to info@onepoll.com. Please specify when sending an unsubscribe email whether or not you wish to continue to be notified in the event you are a prize winner.

1.2.1 Data held by OnePoll for members of WAYN who have selected to enter WAYN surveys only will, subject to the terms of this privacy policy, ONLY be used by OnePoll for restricted purposes as outlined in point 7.3.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of Membership.

1.3 Information you provide us with when participating in Surveys may be analysed and the results of such analysis may be passed to our clients. Any information passed to our clients will be on an anonymous basis and will contain no personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise pass your personal information to clients or other third parties, or transfer your information outside the European Economic Area without your consent.

1.4 Under the Data Protection Act 1998 we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

2. Cookies
