How soon is now? On average Americans spend about 5 years of their life putting of finishing important tasks. That’s 14 hours and 24 minutes a week procrastinating. Browsing the internet was name as the most common procrastination activity, followed by binge watching TV and films and taking naps or sleeping in 3rd place.
Procrastination, it seems, also stretches to our love life, or more accurately the bad stuff; ending out relationships. 3 in 10 put off breaking up with someone and one-third have even admitted to staying in a relationship for an additional six months before calling it quits.
